Hello Everyone! We are a highly motivated group of people who loves creating new ideas and making them come to life! We specialize in all deep fried dessert and vegetables. We have created our batters to be second to none and that is the main reason for setting us apart from others. For 17 years we have been creating new ways to bring excitement to various fairs, rodeo & stock shows, balloon festivals and various other events around the country. We look forward to bringing our excitement to a venue near you and even right to the comforts of your own home.
In 2019 at the Hunt County Fair we were featured in an episode of Carnival Eats on the Food Channel. Host Noah Cappe was floored with our deep fried bacon wrapped cheesecake with blueberry compote topping. He told us and his staff that it was probably one of his favorite desserts of the show. We were very grateful for the opportunity.
